Health Guarantee
Our commitment to breeding top-quality, healthy kittens is unwavering. Every effort is made to ensure that each kitten is delivered to you in optimal health. We guarantee our kittens to be free from life-threatening or debilitating congenital or hereditary defects for a period of two years from the date of birth.
Your kitten is also covered for 48 hours (2 days) after leaving our care against any preventable illnesses. If any health issues arise within this timeframe, it is essential to promptly seek the attention of a licensed veterinarian. Failure to do so will render this guarantee null and void. Should your kitten be deemed in poor health by two unassociated veterinarian reports, and our veterinarians agree, you will be presented with options. You may choose to keep the kitten and assume all associated costs for its care, or return the kitten with registration papers for a replacement. All expenses incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. If you opt to keep the kitten, the Seller is released from any future liability towards that pet. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Any known faults will be disclosed in writing prior to purchase. Your kitten will be up-to-date on worming and vaccinations at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to maintain current vaccinations and worming schedules. Please note that certain disorders, such as allergies and autoimmune disorders, are not covered by this guarantee.
To maintain your kitten’s health, refrain from taking them into public places until they have completed their vaccination series as recommended by your veterinarian. The Sellers will not be held responsible for factors beyond their control, including negligence, accidental injury, or exposure to disease-carrying animals.
To ensure the guarantee remains valid, certain conditions must be met:
- The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser of the kitten.
- Regular veterinary care, including checkups, worming, and vaccinations, must be provided.
- Your kitten must receive daily nourishment and fresh water to promote health and resistance to sickness.
- Provide suitable shelter for your kitten, protecting them from extreme weather conditions.
In the unfortunate event of your kitten’s death, you must provide a letter stating the cause of death from two unassociated veterinarians, along with a necropsy report. If the cause of death is due to a congenital medical condition, arrangements for a replacement kitten will be made.
This guarantee is non-transferable and becomes void if the kitten is sold or given to a third party. By entering into this contract, you acknowledge and understand its terms fully.
